Once Bank and Credit card statements have been entered in the system, our bookkeeping support team will reach out in 72 hours with list of pending transactions that may require further clarification before finalization of books

This process is necesary as system learns business transactions classification and builds on prior history. Human loop is necessary also because of nature of some of the transaction and to ensure accuracy of books of accounts, which you should be able to provide to your tax preparer at year end to file income tax returns or sales tax returns as may be applicable.
